By accessing or using ThruuLink ("the Service") at https://thruu.link, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ThruuLink is a link-in-bio service that allows users to create a public page containing links to their content across the internet.

The Service provides features including:

  • link management
  • customizable profile pages
  • click analytics
  • short link generation
  • shareable landing pages

ThruuLink is a publishing tool and does not review or endorse content linked by users.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must authenticate using a valid Instagram account.

By creating an account, you agree that:

  • you are at least 13 years old
  • the information provided is accurate
  • you are responsible for activity under your account

During onboarding you must choose a unique ThruuLink username.

Usernames:

  • must not impersonate others
  • must not infringe trademarks
  • must not violate applicable laws

Usernames may not be changed after selection. We reserve the right to reclaim or modify usernames that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • post links to illegal or harmful content
  • distribute malware, phishing, or spam
  • impersonate another individual or organization
  • violate any applicable law or regulation
  • attempt unauthorized access to the Service
  • exploit or abuse the Service infrastructure
  • artificially generate clicks or traffic
  • create accounts using automated tools

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create on ThruuLink, including:

  • links
  • profile text
  • bio information
  • page customization

By using the Service, you grant ThruuLink a limited, non-exclusive license to:

  • host your content
  • display it on your public page
  • process it as necessary to provide the Service

You are solely responsible for the content and links you publish.

6. Public Pages

ThruuLink pages are intended to be publicly accessible.

Information you publish on your page may be viewed by anyone on the internet.

You should not publish information that you do not wish to make public.

7. External Links

ThruuLink pages may contain links to third-party websites.

We do not control or endorse these websites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

8. Analytics Data

ThruuLink provides analytics related to link interactions.

Analytics may include:

  • click timestamps
  • approximate location
  • referrer sources
  • device information

IP addresses are hashed and anonymized and cannot be reversed to identify individual visitors.

Analytics are provided for informational purposes only.

9. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may temporarily suspend or limit access for:

  • maintenance
  • updates
  • security reasons
  • infrastructure issues

We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page in your dashboard.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • violate these Terms
  • harm the Service or other users
  • abuse the platform

Upon account deletion, your data will be removed according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThruuLink shall not be liable for any damages including:

  • loss of data
  • loss of revenue
  • service interruptions
  • indirect or consequential damages

arising from the use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

If changes are significant, we will update the revision date on this page.

Your continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles.
